WSNH – Improving your efficiency

£37.00

Busy clinics are not necessarily good for business as they don’t allow time for the clinician(s) to work ON the business rather than just working IN it. Being fully booked for weeks ahead allows no room for new patients which are the life-blood of a successful private practice. By having a good stream of new patients every week, then fear of change within the business is reduced, and innovative improvements can be implemented more easily.

Being fully booked for weeks ahead allows no room for new patients which are the life-blood of a successful private practice. By having a good stream of new patients every week, then fear of change within the business is reduced, and innovative improvements can be implemented more easily.

In this video, Jonathan Small, the original WSNHer, explains how he introduced smart scheduling to apparently create time from nowhere, and to help balance the needs of his patients, the needs of his business, and his own personal needs.

This video is 28:30 minutes long.

This video is an adjunct to the live Work Smarter, Not Harder course, not a replacement for it. The videos do not cover the live workshop activities that are used to achieve deeper understanding of the concepts, but they do include many of the slides used at the one-day event. The videos also do not include membership of the WSNH group which is available to those who have attended the course. However the cost of any online WSNH video purchases will be deducted from the cost of the live course if booked at any time in the future.

To access the course once purchased, please head to your account page and click “My Courses”.
